Al-Murabaha finance:
After an agreement is reached between the client and the bank on the profit that will be added to the actual price of the estate, the bank buys the estate and then sell it to the client on installments.
Musharakah and Ijarah finance:
According to this kind of finance, the bank and the client share in buying one house and each of them has a fixed part of the capital as stated in an agreement singed by both parts. The client rents the bank's share for a specific period during which he pays rent installments. When the period is over, the bank transfers its share of the house to the client.
